I joined Norwich Business School as doctoral research student in October 2015 under the supervision of Dr Athina Zeriti and Dr Ismail Golgeci. My academic background comprises of a MSc in Marketing, a MRes in Social Science Research Methods from UEA and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Dublin, Ireland.
My research focuses on word-of-mouth and consumer behaviour. As technology facilitates nowadays online word-of-mouth/user-generated content, and how technology artefacts alter consumer behaviour will be depending on the variations of electronic world-of-mouth/online user-generated content. The variation is the focal point of my research and will be investigated with regard to its influence on consumer decision-making.
