Sylvester Juwe joined Norwich Business School in July 2016 as a doctoral researcher. He is currently working under the supervision of Dr Roberta Fida, Professor Dr Simon De Jong and Dr Ieva Martinaityte. Prior to joining the school, he completed a Bachelor of Sciences in Mathematics (University of Benin), a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Canterbury Christ Church University), a Master of Education (University of Cambridge) and a Master of Business Administration (Cardiff Metropolitan University). Sylvester is also a doctoral scholar attached to the What Works for Wellbeing project.
Within the cross-national educational context, Sylvester’s doctoral project explores the mechanisms and conditionality of how the interaction of leaders’ and followers’ behaviours facilitate (or inhibit) the interplay of creativity and innovation.
