My PhD is focused in the area of Human Resource Management and employees’ wellbeing. I am undertaking this research with the aim of promoting wellbeing in the workplace. This study should be significant in the sense that it will support and enrich HRM theory by identifying how implementation and multifocal contextual factors translate HR choices impacting on wellbeing outcomes. Additionally, it will generate greater awareness among organizations of how the HR practices can contribute to, or inhibit, a healthy and high performing work force.
My research interests span in the fields of Human Resource Management with specific focus on the employees psychological wellbeing. My general research interest are in the field of human resource management, psychology, cognitive and wellbeing.
