Biography

I have been a part-time Lecturer in Accounting at Norwich Business School since September 2011.

From starting as a trainee accountant in 1976, my career includes Telecommunications, Financial Services, Cosmetics, Retail and Publishing and ranges from small businesses to FTSE 100 international organisations. From 1990 to 2008 I held senior positions at Aviva and Cable & Wireless.

I qualified as an accountant with the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in 1983, left the ACCA in 2014 and am now a Fellow of the Association of International Accountants (AIA).  I have a practicing certificate and practice through Triple Bottom Line Accounting Limited where I am practice manager, consultant and owner.

I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and also a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts, my nomination for FRSA due to helping charities and environmental companies.
