I joined Norwich Business School as a PhD researcher in October, 2017. I hold a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Manchester, UK and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bangalore University, India. I have previously worked as a lecturer in Alliance University, India.

My research focusses on the role of emotion regulation in leader-follower relationships. The objective of the research is to examine the relationship between intra-personal and inter-personal emotion regulation strategies deployed by the leader in leader-follower interactions and to explore its impact on the followers and the team. My research is supervised by Dr. Annilee Game and Dr. Roberta Fida.
