Biography

I have been teaching Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour for over 12 years (10 of those at UEA). I teach on several undergraduate and postgraduate modules here at Norwich Business School, but mainly on Introduction to Organisational Behaviour (Y1) and Human Resource Management (Y2) at the UG level and Managing People and Organisations at the Masters level. I am also involved in supervising students towards their Advanced Masters dissertation and PhD. My research interests are in Employment Relations and Equality and Diversity; in particular I am interested in building and sustaining positive employee relations in the National Health Service and other public sector institutions.
