Biography

I joined Norwich Business School as a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour in 2016. Prior to joining NBS I worked as a research fellow at Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics and at the University of Coimbra.

I hold a BA in Psychological Sciences, an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology, and a PhD in Work, Organisational and Personnel Psychology from the University of Coimbra.

My research focuses on team processes, emergent states, effectiveness and leadership, and also on burnout and well-being.
