I joined Norwich Business School as research student in October 2013. My primary research interest is focused on the area of corporate governance. Specifically, my interest lies in exploring the role played by the institutional investors in improving corporate governance practices. My research is supervised by Professor Christine Mallin and Dr. Francesca Cuomo.
I hold bachelor degree in accounting from Sultan Qaboos University, Oman and master degree in international accounting and finance from University of Stirling, UK. Prior to joining the University of East Anglia, I served as assistant dean for administrative and financial affairs in Ibra College of Technology, Oman. Before that, I worked as a lecturer in business department for three years in the same college.
