Biography

I joined Norwich Business School as a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour in 2013, and currently I am Professor of Work Psychology. I am also Acting Director of Research and Course leader for the MSc in Management at NBS. I began my career as an assistant researcher at IE Business School in Spain in 2004, working in studies about organisational behaviour. I completed my PhD in Psychology in the Autonomous University of Madrid in 2009. After that, I was Assistant Professor at the IE University in Segovia (Spain), as well as in the Autonomous University of Madrid (Spain). My research interests are related to the field of work and organizational psychology, occupational health and employee well-being, including topics such as recovery from stress, work-family conflict and crossover of work-related experiences.
