Biography

I joined Norwich Business School in 2013 as a Lecturer in Business and Management. I moved from the University of Aberdeen Business School where I held the position of Sixth Century Lecturer in Economics and Management. Prior to that, I was a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow at Oxford University. I have a BA in Economics from Bologna University (summa cum laude) and a Ph.D. in Economics from Oxford University.

My research interests are in strategic management and organizational economics. My research focuses on "hybrid" organizational forms (business groups and strategic alliances), hierarchical decentralization, internal resource allocation, and innovation management. I am especially interested in receiving applications from prospective Ph.D. students in the areas of organization design and competitive strategy.
