Key Research Interests

I am a molecular biologist interested in RNA silencing. I work in the research groups of Professor William Fraser and Professor Tamas Dalmay. Our research combines genetics, cell and molecular biology with next generation sequencing and bioinformatics to study the role of microRNAs in various biological processes.

  • Biological function of miRNAs in embryonic development
  • Investigation of RNA secondary structure and RNA modifications
