The research goals of the Health Economics Group revolve around a central theme of decision-making in health care. We hope to contribute to this by:
producing and publishing high quality, relevant research;
creating a sustained local, national and international profile;
collaborating with institutions and individuals on researcher within this strategy;
maintaining a sustainable expertise in health economics; and
developing education programmes for economists and non-economists.
The research plan is organised in several overlapping themes: Benefit Valuation, Economic Evaluation, Microeconomics and Policy, and Public Health Economics. More information can be found by clicking on the links to the left.
