UEA Health Online is an emerging online campus - developed by a top 1% global university - designed for the world-wide community of registered healthcare and medical professionals committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement for the benefit of their patients and the communities they serve.

The offer includes a mix of non-credit bearing short CPD courses.

How does online study at UEA work?

Online learning allows you to study whenever and wherever it's most convenient for you. This format provides a great deal of flexibility to people with demanding schedules.

How do I know if I am ready to learn online?

As long as you have basic online competencies such as emailing and web browsing you will be able to engage with UEA’s Virtual Learning Environment - Blackboard.

Prior to your course commencing you will be provided with detailed written and video-based guidance on how to use Blackboard.  You will also have access to a Helpdesk during usual UK office hours (Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1700) should you need more support.

How do I know if I am ready to engage with the course of study?

Our advice is for you to read through the course description and discuss the content with your line manager or trusted colleagues.  By contacting UEA Health Online we would also be happy to put you in contact with the Course Director so you can discuss your learning needs and whether the course will respond to them.
