Noirwich Crime Writing Festival

Noirwich Crime Writing Festival celebrates the sharpest noir and crime writing over four days of author events, film screenings and writing masterclasses in Norwich, UNESCO City of Literature bought to you by a collaboration between the University of East AngliaWriters’ Centre Norwich and Dead Good Books.

Household names on the bill include Lee Child, Andy McNab and Ann Cleeves. Other names on the programme include Sharon Bolton, Elly Griffiths and Paul Johnston. Prof Kevin Dutton will deliver a talk entitled How to be a Good Psychopath, with the Bloody Brunch event concluding the festival on Sunday.

Budding crime writers can take part in a number of creative writing workshops including ’Starting to Write Crime Fiction’ with Kate Rhodes, ‘Creating Credible Characters’ with James Runcie, and ‘How to Create a Murderer’ with Laura Wilson and Colette McBeth.
