Biography

I am a senior lecturer in Commercial Law and a qualified solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. After obtaining my PhD in international commercial arbitration, I moved into private practice, working with two prominent international commercial law firms in the City of London. I have acted on numerous commercial disputes (mostly with an international dimension) arising predominantly from the oil and gas, energy and telecoms sectors.

I have acted in a number of reported high profile cases and published widely in leading commercial and international arbitration journals. I am currently the Arbitration editor of the Journal of Business Law.
