The Clinic is extremely proud of its Community Outreach programme, Street Law, which sees our students developing their knowledge and experience by delivering a wide range of awareness-raising sessions on legal issues in local schools and community groups, and at University Open Days and ‘Law Taster' events' on campus. Street Law offers students the chance to develop their legal learning and their team-working and communication skills by introducing  legal issues to a wider audience, who can experience the law for themselves via a range of fun-filled activities including mock trials, quizzes and game shows.

Each event involves a team of 8-14 law students, who are fully trained by the Street Law committee, with support from the University's Outreach Team.

If you're interested in attending an event, or if you're keen to stage an activity at your school or community group, please contact Liz Ferguson (Outreach Officer) by email: or telephone: 01603 591960.
