After working as the Research Manager for the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Rowena joined the School of History in spring 2012. She took her first degree in Economic and Social History at UEA in 1992 and completed her MA at UEA in 2001. She is now a Lecturer in History based in the Interdisciplinary Institute for the Humanities with an interest in English rural history in the 18th and 19th centuries and, in particular, population history in these periods.
