Your manager will be able to guide you on the requirements of your role and the expected standard of performance, and to discuss any immediate training or development needs. For roles where new starters are required to undertake formal training or courses of study further information will be provided in the offer pack. For some roles, new starters will be assigned an advising colleague or mentor to provide support and guidance in fulfilling the requirements of the role.
