The University uses multi factor authentication (MFA) on all its IT accounts. If you have set up a method of authentication as either the Microsoft Authenticator app, or text message (SMS) you can use these methods to reset or change your password. To reset your password using the app or SMS, please go to Microsoft Online Password Reset to change your password.
If you are not using either the app or SMS, then please go ahead and complete the process below. This will allow you to reset your IT account password online, without contacting the IT Service Desk.
