FLY in the City
Monday 10 July

Once again we've left the campus and brought FLY to the City. This year we'll be hosting two exciting creative projects at The Garage and Norwich Theatre Royal's new Learning and Participation centre, Stage Two.

Poetry with a Punch

This is a high-energy day of workshops that you won't want to duck out of!  With performances from the 'Poet with a Punch', Matt Windle, you will also get the chance to work on your own poems with Matt and the brilliant poet and performer, Molly Naylor.

The Garage

9.30am - 3.00pm

Ages 13+ £10.00 per student

More information about Matt can be found under the Festival tab, Writers and Contributors.  Details about Molly can be found in the same location under Workshop Leaders.

FLY IN THE CITY gets dramatic!!

What's in a play? How do you read a play? How do you write a play? How do you act in a play?

FLY offers a rare opportunity for you to work in the sparkling new Stage Two with four playwrights and directors who all teach at UEA.

These include Steve Waters, whose latest play Limehouse, played to sell-out audiences at the Donmar Theatre in London this Spring, actor and director Michael Bernadin, director and playwright Kirstin Smith and playwright and author Antoinette Moses.

Don't miss this rare opportunity to join them for an exciting and informative day which will explore plays from page to stage.

Norwich Theatre Royal Stage Two

10.00am - 3.15pm

Ages 13+ £10.00 per student

More information about Steve, Michael, Kirstin and Antoinette can be found under the Festival tab, Writers and Contributors, Workshop Leaders.
