I graduated from the UEA with a BSc in Natural Sciences in 2011, and chose to pursue my interest in exploring the history of our planet by undertaking a PhD in palaeoclimatology here.
Key Research Interests
I am currently exploring how the climate of the North Atlantic has varied in the past, particularly how sea surface temperatures during previous interglacials compare to the present day.
I will be using Mg/Ca ratios and faunal assemblage data from planktonic foraminifera in sediment cores to reconstruct sea surface temperatures during previous interglacial periods in the North Atlantic.
