Complete the online application form by 13 November. As part of the application form you will need to write a short supporting statement (200-400 words) explaining your reasons for applying and your suitability for the scheme.
Applications will be shortlisted by a panel and individuals will be notified directly of the outcome.
It is anticipated that interviews will take place in the week commencing 27 November and compulsory training will take place 7 December from 16.00-19.00.
If you have any questions about the application form, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01603 591487.
All students need a valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The UEA central DBS office will process these for Tutors. More information will be provided on the process once you have been invited to interview. If you already have a current DBS (processed by UEA) then you may not need another check. You will need to show your DBS to both the Outreach team and to your Discover Teaching placement school.
All UEA students are eligible to apply for the Scheme, but priority will be given to applicants from backgrounds under-represented within higher education.
