Lian is currently a PhD candidate at the School of Economics, University of East Anglia. She is affiliated to the Centre for Behavioural and Experimental Social Science (CBESS). Her research focuses on prepayment effect and tacit bargaining using experimental methods under the supervision of Prof. Theodore Turocy and Dr. Stefania Sitzia.

Natalia is a PhD candidate in Experimental Economics. She is a member of the CCP (Centre for Competition Policy) and CBESS (Centre for Behavioural and Experimental Social Science). Her doctoral dissertation is conducted under the supervision of Professor Enrique Fatas and Dr. Subhasish M. Chowdhury, and its title is 'Networks, Information and Compliance'. Her research focuses on social networks, diffusion of information, voluntary compliance of emergent social norms and tax compliance.
