Meet the Project Team

Doctor Paul GoodingDr. Paul Gooding (Principal Investigator)

Paul is the Eastern ARC Research Fellow in Digital Humanities at the University of East Anglia. His research explores the theoretical and practical impacts of large-scale digitisation in the cultural heritage sector. He has a BA from the University of East Anglia and an MA from University College London, and completed his PhD at UCL Centre for Digital Humanities in 2014.



Prof. Melissa Terras (Co-Investigator)Professor Melissa Terras

Melissa is the Director of UCL Centre for Digital Humanities, and Professor of Digital Humanities in the Department of Information Studies at University College London (UCL), where she teaches digitisation of cultural heritage. Her research focuses on the use of computational techniques to enable research in the humanities that would otherwise be impossible.



Linda Berube (Senior Research Associate)

Linda is a digital programme management consultant whose career focus has been leading projects and services in the areas of information management, ebooks and web services, and the legal deposit of digital publications.  After a career in the US in academic, law and public libraries, she came to the UK as a Fulbright Fellow and has since worked with the Legal Deposit Advisory Panel, as well as the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Amnesty International.
