Meet the Project Team

Doctor Paul GoodingDr. Paul Gooding (Principal Investigator)

Paul is a lecturer in Information Studies at the School of Humanities, University of Glasgow, which he joined in January of 2019. His research explores the theoretical and practical impacts of large-scale digitisation in the cultural heritage sector. He has a BA from the University of East Anglia and an MA from University College London, and completed his PhD at UCL Centre for Digital Humanities in 2014.

 

 

Prof. Melissa Terras (Co-Investigator)Professor Melissa Terras

Melissa is the Professor of Digital Cultural Heritage at the University of Edinburgh's College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, which she joined in October of 2017, leading digital aspects of research within CAHSS at Edinburgh, as well as building digital capacity in the new Edinburgh Futures Institute.  Her research focuses on the use of computational techniques to enable research in the humanities that would otherwise be impossible.

 

 

Linda Berube (Senior Research Associate)

Linda is a digital programme management consultant whose career focus has been leading projects and services in the areas of information management, ebooks and web services, and the legal deposit of digital publications.  After a career in the US in academic, law and public libraries, she came to the UK as a Fulbright Fellow and has since worked with the Legal Deposit Advisory Panel, as well as the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Amnesty International.
