Legacy Reception at Academy of Medical Sciences

Are you an alumnus who has pledged to leave a legacy, interested in receiving further information on leaving a legacy or an alumnus who is donating regularly to UEA?

If so we would like to invite you to join us for this year’s UEA Legacy Reception at the Academy of Medical Sciences, 41 Portland Place, London W1B 1QH on Wednesday, 25th November 2015 from 3.00 pm to 5.30 pm (see map).

Our Vice-Chancellor, Professor David Richardson will be hosting the event and is very much looking forward to welcoming you. We are also delighted Professor Aedin Cassidy, Professor of Nutrition here at UEA, will be joining us to give a talk about the research her Department is carrying out in collaboration with Harvard University to discover what fruits and vegetables are best to eat to reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes. Aedin’s talk will be entitled: Can substances in berries, red wine and chocolate help to maintain a healthy heart?

The event will provide the opportunity to learn more about how alumni can support the future of UEA and our current fundraising campaign, The Difference Campaign.

If you would like to join us for the event please RSVP by emailing j.griffin@uea.ac.uk or telephone 01603 592114.
