Your course is organised over four years in weeks of 40 hours of learning per week, if you are doing the full programme, and over two years with 40 hours of learning per week, if you are joining the NDA having accredited your prior learning from a Foundation Degree or equivalent. Each week's learning will be a varied combination of theory, supernumerary practice, and work in your normal Trust role. This structure and sequencing through the programme integrates theory and practice at increasing levels of complexity and will enable you to manage your learning experiences effectively.
Applicants will need to hold level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (GCSE Grade C minimum/equivalent).
If you are aged 19 or older and are seeking further help with applying to university, or where to start in figuring out where to go with your education, we can help. Find out more information for Mature Students.
