At EY, we are committed to building a better working world – with increased trust and confidence in business, sustainable growth, development of talent in all its forms, and greater collaboration.
We want to build a better working world through our own actions and by engaging with like-minded organisations and individuals. This is our purpose – and why we exist as an organisation.
Running through our organisation is a strong sense of obligation to serve a number of different stakeholders who count on us to deliver quality and excellence in everything we do.
We want to use our global reach and scale to convene the conversation about the challenges facing economies and the capital markets.
EY ranked 17th in The Sunday Times 30 Best Big Companies to Work For, and received a 1 Star Accreditation and a special award for Giving Something Back. In 2015 EY won best workplace from Mental Health First Aid England. This shows the commitment that EY puts into developing staff & the people focus that runs throughout the organisation.

Why is EY supporting the Award?
EY provides a diverse & dynamic employment opportunity for talented & determined individuals, which I have encountered throughout my previous studies at UEA. I was interested in getting involved with the award as it is something that I would have been very interested in during my studies, and gives students the skills necessary to make a lasting first impression, which can make the difference in finding the next career step. The UEA Award is a great way for individuals to gain further experience as they look towards their future careers, and EY is a hugely exciting place to work and continue to develop.
