How to request access
This room requires key access and the process is different depending upon whether you need long term access or are just visiting the University and require a one-off use.
Staff and Students (Long Term Access)
Please contact the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Office to request a key. Once you have the key you are welcome to keep it for as long as it is needed. However, we do ask that it is returned when you no longer need access.
Visitors or One-off use
Please visit the Learning and Teaching Service Reception located on Floor 0 in the Elizabeth Fry Building, who can provide you with access to this room.
The safe operation of this room relies on the co-operation of everyone. Additional information will be provided to key-holders but is also clearly displayed in the room.
To ensure privacy, we use door hangers. The hangers say, ‘room in use’ and are available inside the room for all users. This system is to ensure people are mindful of privacy and of others using the room. We ask that the room is locked after each use.
Any feedback about this facility will be welcome.
