The closing date for registration is 29th February 2008, but registration may close earlier if we reach the maximum number of conference guests.

Conference Dining
Lunches and other refreshments on all three days of the conference are included in the registration fee. Please use the box below to indicate if you have any dietary requirements that you would like us to try to accommodate. Unless stated, we will assume the same requirements apply to conference dinners.

There will be a Pub Dinner on Thursday 3rd April, and a City Dinner on Friday 4th April: please indicate if you would like to attend.

Accommodation
Subject to availability, we can arrange accommodation for you at either The Beeches Hotel (close to Norwich city centre) or in a Guest Suite on the university campus. There is of course also a wide range of other accommodation also available around Norwich. The prices shown below are for single rooms (with breakfast) per night. Where necessary, there will be taxis available between The Beeches Hotel, UEA, and the venues for conference dinners. Please indicate any accommodation that you would like us to arrange on your behalf (this can be cancelled up to two weeks in advance, but must be paid for thereafter).

Payment
The amount due will be calculated on the basis of prices shown above for Conference Registration, Conference Dining, and Accommodation, with only the following exemptions: 1) All Conference Speakers, affiliates of the University of East Anglia, and authors of open-call submissions that we haven't been able to include will be exempted from the Registration Fee. 2) All Conference Speakers (50+30 minute sessions, and 30+10 minute sessions) will be exempted from the cost of Conference Dining. 3) Invited Speakers (50+30minute sessions) will be exempted from the cost of accommodation at The Beeches Hotel. The amount due will be payable on arrival at the conference by cash, UK cheque, or by a credit/debit card form available here. We would be grateful if the credit/debit card form could be completed in advance. Conference Registration, Conference Dining, and Accommodation may all be cancelled up to two weeks in advance (until 19th March 2008) at no cost by e-mailing Ben McQuillin, but the full amount due will be payable thereafter and in the case of non-attendance will be invoiced directly. Please confirm agreement with the above before submitting your registration. I have understood and agree to the amount due, cancellation policy, and payment arrangements.
