NEW DATA

·         Electricity 20th April 2007   13:10   -   Please select DO NOT UPDATE OPTION when spreadsheet loads

Please note that some meters have been replaced since the previous set of readings,  and also others which have gone around fully and started again from zero.    I suggest you carefully examine the data – some seem OK – e.g. Registry seems reasonable  of order of 300 – 400 MWH which is as expected.   Others e.g. Coleman,  the meter has probably gone through 000000 and started again.   I suggest that what you could do is to work out ratio of consumption over Feb/March last year and also from Feb 2006 to 20/04/2007 for those which seem reasonable.   Then do the same for say Coleman – it may turn out that the meter has indeed gone around once or more times and you should be able to resolve things by this means.  If it still does not make sense, then it is probable that the meter was changed,  but nevertheless the should be something you can work from in the data set.
