Please
note that some meters have been replaced since the
previous set of readings, and also others
which have gone around fully and started again from zero. I suggest you carefully examine the data –
some seem OK – e.g. Registry seems reasonable
of order of 300 – 400 MWH which is as expected. Others e.g. Coleman, the meter has probably gone through 000000
and started again. I suggest that what
you could do is to work out ratio of consumption over Feb/March last year and
also from Feb 2006 to 20/04/2007 for those which seem reasonable. Then do the same for say Coleman – it may
turn out that the meter has indeed gone around once or more times and you
should be able to resolve things by this means.
If it still does not make sense, then it is probable that the meter was
changed, but nevertheless the should be
something you can work from in the data set.
