Technology we have developed
Bacterial secretion and cell surface display
With Prof Tracy Palmer (Dundee) we have developed a novel system for secreting or cell surface displaying heterologous proteins in Streptomyces and Bacillus species using the Twin arginine translocase (Patents WO2007071996 and GB1007379.9). This technology has been exclusively licensed to PBL technologies. Please contact them for more details.
