Global Education Outreach (GEO) Team is a student project involving undergraduates and postgraduates from the School of International Development
We're recruiting new members for the GEO-Team now!
Our first meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY 10th OCTOBER at 17.15 in room 1.7 of the Thomas Paine Study Centre. This will be an opportunity for you to find out lots about the project and talk to the co-ordinators.

Information for schools
GEO-Team activities are designed to teach young people about global development and social justice issues, and can help to cover aspects of the Geography and Citizenship curriculum.
Activities can take place in the classroom, or can be incorporated into a visit to the University campus.

Full training will be provided for new members, and the training dates are as follows (all sessions in TPSC 1.7 from 17.15):
Wednesday 17th October, Facilitation Skills 1 & Global Trade workshop
Wednesday 24th October, Facilitation Skills 2 & Education & Inequality workshop
Wednesday 31st October, Facilitation Skills 3 & Human Trafficking workshop
