Study Abroad Application Forms

*Note: European/ERASMUS students should not complete these forms.

Application forms may be submitted to the Study Abroad Programme by email, post or fax. The university occasionally has problems emailing hotmail and live accounts therefore please ensure that you list an alternative email address if you include a hotmail or live account.

You must submit a complete Visiting/Exchange Student Module Request Form before your application can be processed. This form is included at the end of the application or can be downloaded and submitted as a separate document. For available module options (classes), please refer to the Course Catalogue.

Read all information and Guidance notes before completing forms.

A complete application includes all of the following:

  • Completed (and signed) Study Abroad Application Form
  • Visiting/Exchange Module Request Form
  • 2 Academic References
  • Academic transcript from your home university
  • Copy of the personal information page of your passport
  • English Language Test Result (only if English is not your first language or the language of instruction at your home institution).
