It is a UEA regulation that every full-time student who is here for six months or more (and any student living in university accommodation for at least that period) is required to register with one of the doctors in the University Medical Service (UMS) or with a local General Medical Practitioner (GP). If you opt to register with a practice other than the UMS you must inform the UMS of the name of your doctor.

You should download the required forms from the UEA Medical Services website and if possible complete them before arrival at UEA. Please bring the forms with you in order to register with the University Medical Service. Do not post them to the University.
