If you have applied for financial assistance from the Student Loans Company in good time, you can expect the first instalment of your loan to appear in your bank account three to five working days after you complete the required registration process at UEA.
Therefore, it is in your interest to make sure that you have opened a bank account before you arrive at UEA. There are branches of Barclays and NatWest on the main campus, and branches of other banks and building societies elsewhere in Norwich.
PLEASE KEEP A NOTE OF YOUR STUDENT SUPPORT NUMBER (AS ADVISED BY THE SLC) AS THE UNIVERSITY WILL NEED YOU TO CONFIRM THIS AT REGISTRATION.
