The primary role of the Finance Office is to support the Faculty in the management of  budgets in accordance with the financial procedures and regulations of the University. The office also assists in the ordering of goods and services and expense claims. The service offered to facilitate this includes:

• Playing a key role in the financial planning and strategic objectives of the Faculty.
   
• Providing financial assistance, information and advice to Faculty staff.
   
• Monitoring budgets and providing timely and accurate information to Budget Holders.
   
• Processing  requisitions for purchases from internal and external sources.
   
• Approving invoices and expenses claims for payment and responding to related queries.
