Getting research done - talking about qualitative research methods and methodologies in the field of children and families.
This new research seminar series takes children and families as the research focus and explores innovative research approaches taking place in this field. Speakers will be researchers from social sciences such as social work and psychology, experienced in child and family research. In each seminar they will explain their research techniques and strategies and encourage those joining the sessions to critically explore the benefits, challenges and practicalities involved in distinct approaches to studying children and families. The seminar series aims to be inclusive valuing interdisciplinary dialogues, welcoming colleagues and students alike.Spring semester seminars
