The DOS Information team is available to give advice on all areas covered by Student Services. They are the people to contact if you have any questions about the services available for students, or if you need to book an appointment with any of the other staff members in DOS.
You can contact the DOS Information Team by email or by calling 01603 592761. You're also welcome to drop into the office during our opening hours - normally Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
RUTH CARNEY graduated from UEA in 1995, and has been a member of the DOS team since 2007. She is mainly to be found at the DOS reception desk, and is also part of the University's Carbon Crew and FairTrade projects. Email r.carney@uea.ac.uk.
JAMES FERGUSON graduated from UEA in 1999, and joined the DOS team in September 2009. He works closely with the Mental Health team, and organises the University's annual Wellbeing Weeks, as well as the Human Library project on campus. Email james.ferguson@uea.ac.uk.
JILL BROWN manages the Information Team and lots more besides - including taking applications for funding from the Travel and Expeditions Committee, dealing with off campus student issues and generally making sure that DOS runs smoothly! She can be emailed at jill.brown@uea.ac.uk.
