Each year, the University, through the Travel and Expeditions Committee (a sub-committee of the Student Experience Committee), supports UEA students wishing to travel for their own interest or personal development. Students may apply for individual Travel Awards or Expedition Grants. Advice is also available on other sources of funding for travel, expedition planning and risk assessment.

Meetings are held in November, March and May or June each year.  Expedition proposals should be submitted to the Secretary (jill.brown@uea.ac.uk).  Full reports for expeditions must be submitted to the Committee within one year of completion.
