Money Matters

The team of Financial Advisers in the Dean of Students’ Office can provide you with the information and help you need to avoid your time at UEA being spoiled by unnecessary money worries.

Whether you are concerned about managing on your student loan, covering your childcare costs or dealing with your debts, the advisers are able to give impartial, non-judgmental advice and may be able to provide additional financial support to help meet your essential living and course-related costs through a range of hardship funds.  It’s best to ask for advice as soon as you are aware of a financial problem but remember that it’s never too late to ask for help.

Advice is available

  • on a drop in basis between 10.00 and 15.00
  • by telephone (01603 593290 or 593184)
  • via email (fac@uea.ac.uk)
  • through a range or leaflets and factsheets.  These can be downloaded from this site or picked up in hard copy from the Dean of Students' Office.
