Research Staff

Delivering research excellence depends on attracting, developing and retaining high-achieving research staff. Our aim is to support the development of all research staff and to nurture our early career researchers (ECRs).

Centre for Staff and Educational Development

The Centre for Staff and Educational Development has a full programme of training and development for all staff. We provide specific opportunities for all our staff to develop their Research, Enterprise and Engagement skills as well as providing dedicated pages for our Research Staff.

Women in Science (Athena Swan Charter)

UEA has a Bronze Award from Athena SWAN (awarded July 2012), a charter established to help drive forward gender equality in STEMM subjects (science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine).
