Payment Instructions
In some cases charges apply and you can view the payment instructions, options and a printable credit/debit card payment form in this section. Please note that, where a charge applies, payment is required in advance - see the relevant pages for further details.
'To Whom It May Concern' Letters
We, or the relevant UEA Faculty Office, can provide a short standard letter confirming the basic details of your UEA registration and award obtained. Please note that charges, which are payable in advance, may apply.
Official Transcripts/Diploma Supplements
A detailed document giving information regarding the content of your UEA course. Please note that transcript orders can take up to 30 working days (6 weeks) to be processed and issued, and charges, which are payable in advance, may apply.
Replacement UEA Degree Certificates
If you have lost your UEA degree certificate we can provide you with a replacement. Please note that a charge, which is payable in advance, applies.
Certified Photocopies of UEA Degree Certificates
If you need us to certify photocopies of your UEA certificate as true photocopies of the original, we can do so. Please do not send us your original certificate - you will need to supply us with the relevant number of black and white photocopies. Please note that charges, which are payable in advance, may apply.
Student Council Tax: Certificates and Information
Information regarding eligibility for a certificate for confirmation of full-time student status for Council Tax purposes, and how to obtain one.
Please note that we do not have the facility to use courier services and are not able to arrange for courier collection or despatch. We do, however, have access to the special delivery options provided by the Royal Mail for despatch within the UK and Overseas. Please see our Delivery Options Page for further details, information on the additional charges and a link to the Royal Mail web site.
