Biography
Yehuda Baruch is a Professor of Management at Norwich Business School, UEA Norwich, formerly held visiting positions at the University of Texas at Arlington, George Mason University, University of Canterbury, NZ, and London Business School. He holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering (Ben Gurion, Israel), M.Sc. and D.Sc. in Management and Behavioral Sciences (The Technion, Israel). After being a project manager in the high technology industry he encounter career in the academia. His research interests are Global and Strategic HRM, Careers, and technology impact on management. He published 90 refereed papers in a number of journals, including Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Dynamics, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Relations, and Organization Studies. The author/co-editor of four books, as well as over 25 book chapters. Professor Baruch is the Editor of Group & Organization Management, former editor of Career Development International and served as the Chair for the Careers Division of the Academy of Management.

Dr Yehuda Baruch is a Professor of Management in
the Norwich Business School. He holds a BSc In Electronic
Engineering (Ben Gurion, Israel), MSc And DSc In Management and
Behavioural Sciences (The Technion, Israel). Prior to entering a
career in academia, his experience included employment as a project
manager in the high technology industry.
Professor Baruch lectures at both postgraduate and undergraduate
level in the areas of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource
Management. His research interests focus primarily upon:
Human Resource Management, mainly; Career Management Systems;
academic careers, impact of MBA, Global and Strategic HRM;
Tele-working.
Organizational Behaviour, mainly; Organizational Effectiveness and
Organizational Culture.
