LLEAPP

The School of Music is proud to host LLEAPP 2011 (Laboratory for Laptop and Electronic Audio Performance Practice), now in its third year, following successful stints at Edinburgh and Newcastle.

Bringing together postgraduate music practitioners in electronic and sonic arts composition from 7 institutions (UEA, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Goldsmith's, SARC, Huddersfield and City University, London) LLEAPP will explore some of the inherent problems involved with performing live electronic music. Particular areas of focus will include audience engagement with the music and the performers themselves, and the ways in which relationships between the two can be encouraged.

Keep up to date with all LLEAPP news and see what went on in Edinburgh and Newcastle in 2009/2010 at www.lleapp.blogspot.com
