UEA Music produces around 30 concerts annually, featuring our talented students, graduates, staff, professional ensembles-in-residence, other visiting professional artists and members of the local community.

In 2012-13, UEA Music celebrates the centenary of the birth of Benjamin Britten, one of the UK's best-loved composers. A series of special events is planned to mark this anniversary, beginning with the UEA Symphony Orchestra concert on Friday 23 November 2012.

Each year, UEA Music presents a wide range of concert programmes, from cutting-edge electroacoustic music in the Sonic Arts series, to chamber and solo recitals in the Music at One series, to large-scale symphonic and choral works presented by our flourishing orchestra and choirs. Concerts take place here at UEA, and in some of the city's finest venues, including St Andrew's Hall, Norwich Cathedral and the Assembly House. UEA Music also promotes concerts given by our professional ensembles-in-residence, the Allegri Quartet and Chamber Orchestra Anglia.
