There are three ways to become a Friend of UEA Music:

Supporter of UEA Music

(£25 per year for 1 person OR £40 per year for couples living at the same address)


  • Name and / or company logo in our publicity material and on the School website
  • Concerts newsletters
  • Preview of the concerts calendar
  • An invitation to a ‘Friends of UEA Music day' (to include an Annual General Meeting and a Friends concert, with the opportunity to meet Music staff and students).

UEA Orchestra Sponsor

(£300 per year)

Sponsors of the UEA Symphony Orchestra can choose to sponsor an orchestral section leader (from a given list).

  • Same benefits as Supporters of UEA Music (see above) plus:
  • Reserved seats at all concerts
  • Regular updates on sponsored players' progress
  • Acknowledgment from the Director of UEA Music at Orchestra concerts
  • Opportunity to meet and talk with sponsored players

UEA Choir and Orchestra

UEA Music Benefactor

(£700 per year)

UEA Music Benefactors can part-fund a concert organised by the School of Music.

  • Same benefits as Supporters of UEA Music (see above) plus:
  • Concert named after the benefactor
  • Invitation to open rehearsals
  • Acknowledgment from the Director of UEA Music at the chosen concert
  • Reserved seats at all concerts
  • VIP invitation at the chosen concert
