This concert will feature established pianist William Fergusson, whose frequent recital appearances include The Eaton Concert Series; The Old Granary Young Musicians Concert Series; The John Peel Concert Series; opening the Bildeston Festival; and a number of concert tours.
The programme will include: Ludwig van Beethoven’s Sonata 15: 'Pastoral' (finale); Brian Chapple’s Trees Revisited; Percy Grainger’s In a Nutshell: ‘Pastoral’; Olivier Messiaen’s La Fauvette Passerinette; Franz Liszt’s Waldesrauschen; Edward MacDowell’s Sea Pieces: ‘From the Depths’; Luciano Berio’s Wasserklavier and Erdenklavier; and Frédéric Chopin’s Etude No.24 in C Minor: 'Ocean'.
Admission is free and all are welcome, up to the capacity of the Strode Concert Room.
