Key Research Interests

My research concerns the promotion of dietary change to optimise human health and well-being.  I have focused primarily on communication of nutrition knowledge to the public and corresponding changes in health behaviour, particularly within community settings. More recently I have gained an interest in systematic review work and how this may inform the setting of dietary guidelines.
