- Epidemiology of diet and osteosteoarthritis, in particular whether bioactive dietary constituents found in alliums and cruciferous vegetables can prevent the onset and/or slow progression of osteoarthritis.
- Gene/environment interaction
- Analytical methods for genome wide scan (GWAS) data, gene expression data and other high dimensional biomedical data
- Applications of data mining methodology to biomedical data
