You can now download templates for letterheads, faxes, memos and PowerPoint presentations (which you will need to download onto your desktop). Please note that with the letterhead template without logo you will need to use pre-printed blue logo headed paper available from the Print Unit.

Mac users should disable macros and go to the tools menu in Word and unprotect (via the Protect Document button) the document to make changes.
